Bright Indie Waves 2006

You know, there are songs which are melancholic, brilliant, holding the moment, reason to forget all the troubles while puting smile to your face, stuck in middle of bittersweet feelings. Wonderful, music is one of the best thing in our lives. So if you like music, you'll love all the albums listed here. These are mostly candescent records yet. Don't listen these without your favorite drink. In addition, this is not a random list.

1. Mojave 3 - Puzzles Like You
They are sadcore trio, one of the most brilliant summer tunes in it.
2. Barry Adamson - Stranger on the Sofa
Yeah, some gang music at the top of feelings.
3. Dears - Gang of Losers
'I'm trying to remember.'
4. Sunset Rubdown - Shut up I am Dreaming
'What will you do when they drink us all down? Will you slam your fist down on the table?'
5. Lambchop - Damaged
Kurt Wagner's voice huge on us and Lambchop's music is growing!
6. Luke Haines - Off My Rocker At The Art School Bop
He's always been clever, and with the new album it hasn't changed.
7. Peter Bjorn & John - Writer's Block
Airy tunes, hidden great music.
8. Ray Davies - Other People's Lives
Ray Davies is a melody genius.
9. Grizzly Bear - Yellow house
it's absorbing indie rock album.
10. Sparklehorse - Dreamt For Light Years In The Belly Of A Mountain
Pretty tunes, cute vocals, and yes it's bright!
