Near to Xmas, I chose and brought best sentimental christmas songs for you. We've three awesome melody here. I must admit that you can't find better christmas tunes than these , can you find? Maybe they're a bit old school, besides i'll be posting the new christmas songs, however, they bring love, nostalgia and violent passions that can fill the souls with goodness.
1. Big Star - Jesus Christ
A Christmas song that's worth hearing year-round. This is just terrific, from their masterpiece "Third - Sister Lovers".
It's really hard to find such a precious melody on earth, i'm sure you'll agree with me.
Especially there is a saxophone section to end of the song, love it! I don't know how many times i played the song but there is a turth that it never gets old. I can praise it during hours.
The song which was composed by Alex Chilton, starts by fading into an utterly random piano-and-drums jam by Alex Chilton and Jody Stephens.
Angels from the realms of glory
Stars shone bright above
Royal david's city
Was bathed in the light of love
Jesus christ was born today
Jesus christ was born
2. John Lennon - Happy Xmas (War Is Over)
This was fulled with Lennon's amazing melodies, wishing all the goodness to people, protesting the wars which has always been a huge wound to humanity, yes it's from one of the most importand music man.
3. Elvis Presley - Silver Bells
if there is an absolute truth, my words become weak front of Elvis' art. We should only listen and lie to a soft armchair.
Words & music by Ray Evans - Jay Livingston:
'Silver bells, silver bells It's Christmas time in the city Ring-a-ling, hear them ring Soon it will be Christmas day City sidewalks, busy sidewalks Dressed in holiday style In the air there's a feeling of Christmas Children laughing, people passing Meeting smile after smile And on every street corner you'll hear Strings of streetlights, even stoplights Blink a bright red and green As the shoppers rush home with their treasures Hear the snow crunch, see the kids bunch This is Santa's big scene And above all this bustle you'll hear '
