George Michael - An Easier Affair

An easier affair, living my life... Lost so many good talents lately, Bowie, Prince, Leonard Cohen and George Michael now. Hope you enjoy this track, I mean of course there are so many great songs by him. However, This is one of my favorite George Michael songs, and there is also Amazing.

'We've Been Had' - The Walkmen

Not because I dislike Christmas songs, it drawn my attention to different songs after hearing Abba's 'Chiquita' on the tv, top of the pops chrismas show. Kind of strange feeling. There are all of these extremely talented names like Shirley Bassey, Abba or maybe Paul McCartney. I somehow happy with my 'We've Been Had' by The Walkmen.

Not one of those, songs related to Christmas, but this song is Christmas for me, why not?

M83 - "Road Blaster"

The EP features some of the most interesting electronic artists and producers around today. MAPS – the recording moniker of James Chapman, member of noir-pop duo and Mute labelmates On Dead Waves – turns in an atmospheric version, transforming the original into a gauzy haze. Austrian producer MOUNT brings a youthful house strut and dovetails enigmatic chords with the giddy nostalgia of the original. Lauer's remix, a euphoric proto-house bomb, showcases the veteran Frankfurt producer's devastating way with a synth arpeggiator. Rounding things off is fellow Frenchman Lee Van Dowski who leaves you wanting more with his sublime techno remix of “By The Kiss” (taken from Digital Shades Vol. I).

Road Blaster harmonizes more relaxed tunes into electronic beats, to be honesy quite unexpected from M83.

"Misery Is A Butterfly" album by Blonde Redhead never gets old !

I was just going through my album collections. After giving a good listen to one of my favourite Bjork albums "Debut", somehow played all the songs in this great album by Blonde Redhead. Sounds amazing when I listened to it in track order. Some albums never get old. 'Messenger' is obviously my favourite record from it, you can also like the other version featuring David Sylvian. They also have a concert on February in London, worth checking out.
