After 2000's poorly received Blender, the Georgia-based act reemerged mid-decade with a flurry of releases, including the '04 studio album Youth. The following that two-disc live album continued. Afterwords is the forthcoming seventh studio album by Atlanta-based rock band Collective Soul, is set to be released on August 28, 2007. Is it better than self-titled Collective Soul record, you decide. But i liked the new ultra commercial single 'Hollywood'. Nice art work, by the way.

I would have to agree with Jason. While Blender was not their best album it has some great stuff on it. As for Afterwords, I love how much guitar they used...great album.
