New The National record is up to stream on NYTimes. You can listen to the entire album of Brooklyn-based indie rock band. Previous record Boxer was smooth, I still remember some of the tunes very well. Self-produced new album sounds like an indie rock record that needs more than five spin than any average pop record. So, my ears up to listen "High Violet" and that handsome lead singer's mellow voice. It's been so manish record.

I like to share some news about Voxtrot bands member and two mp3s yummy!

Mitch has a new band called International Waters, which has a new 10" record called It Felt Like that they'll be releasing soon

They'll be opening the West Coast Voxtrot shows, and Jared is working on solo material as Sparrowhouse, and Matt and Jason are playing in the bands JC & Co., which is readying a full-length for July - Jason Myspace. Both Jason and Matt are also playing in The Black and Belaire together.They posted two of the songs from It Felt Like on their site as free MP3 downloads, and here is official mp3 downloads:

The first single off this album is "Compliments" and the official music video was presented on the band's official page on April 2010. And to download free mp3 "Factory", just go their official page you see on the left to download. I must say, "Infinite Arms" is one of the best indie rock releases this year. And "Factory" is great song, all songs are great! like their "Everything All The Time" (2006), this is very good music.

I was listening to St. Vincent's Marry Me (2007), I thought it might be very nice to share with you the best song from the album. Somehow "Marry Me" reminds me Anita Lane's betchy record "Sex O'Clock" (2001). However I know that they are quite different artists. As I feel like part of a shi* these days, I listen quite down tracks. 'Down Down Down Down' she sings in the "All My Stars Aligned" song.

St. Vincent's "Actor" (2009) still great album, but I love "Marry Me" as the best.

I would drink some green tea, but I couldn't drink any. Took my coat and my portable music player, (I don't want to advertise which one I use recently), and start to walk to the place with music on my head. A friend of mine once said, "I can't listen slow songs when I am walking on the street". It's weird that I can listen any slow and gloomy songs while I am walking on crowded streets. Destroyer's "Your Blues" (2004) is the record playing through my veins. How amazing some records are, I find it very amazing to catch an amazing song on albums. Still, It was a cruel world to be positive. And every happy song I played like "Lady Gaga - Just Dance", I want to listen a sad song like "Let Me Go" by Nouvelle Vague in the end. 'Sometimes I wish I was a pretty girl, So I could wreck myself in the shower' sings Robyn Hitchcock, he shows how funny the world is we live in. We sometimes want a big thing on our mouth, then other day we mention about love.

Sadness and happiness, both sides of the world. If you want to be happy, sadness comes to your next. They must be both old friends and lovers. I drowned in worrying about anything. People could be very cruel to kill each other, how can you mention to them how good the world is. They are blinded by noises around. If they could catch a tune, It would save their soul. It makes the world more beautiful.
